Paula T. Webb

Co-founder of the "Philosophy of Trading Psychology" with Mark Douglas ("Trading in the Zone") - Dr. Paula has been a part of the investment, corporate, and faith-based industries since the 1980s. After college she was hired as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange (MidAm) in Chicago which was the nation's first mini-contract futures exchange. Learning how exchanges work from the ground up gave her a unique understanding of the logistics of the markets and world economics, and she went on to further her education in the markets by working on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange trading floor as a phone clerk while learning how to trade her own account. As a day trader Paula learned that the mindset of each trader was unique, not only with regard to the markets, but to each individual trader themselves. She learned this not only through her own experiences on the trading floor, but through countless conversations with her trading peers, as well as the traders she dated.

Dr. Paula traveled the globe for 20+ years teaching all levels of traders how to learn to think freely and create sustained profits as well as hosting her workshops monthly here in the U.S. Founding her consulting company in 1991, the Institute of Trading Psychology, today her coaching clients include financial institutions, hedge fund managers, brokers, as well as individual traders seeking their highest profit-taking levels, as well as non-traders seeking a higher financial future. What she teaches traders, investors, and all others all around the world is the mindset of believing in unlimited possibilities for yourself that God has ordained for you...believing in yourself to accomplish your goals as a winning warrior trader. This is accomplished through her empirically-proven philosophy included in her books, workshops, and social media.

Dr. Paula is an all-time best-selling and award-winning author of "The Disciplined Trader" which was the first-ever book on the subject of trading psychology where none existed prior. She is author of numerous books as well as professional coaching programs on the Philosophy of Trading Psychology providing empowerment and understanding of what personal achievement is. Dr. Paula's books and programs touch upon and help resolve the most important professional, personal and spiritual challenges faced by many today all from a practical and simple skill acquisition perspective - learning to think freely, think like a warrior, and embrace the levels of uncommon wealth that God has in store for you.

She is also invited to speak at as well as host interfaith community meetings, and much more.
