I love to write and really enjoy good storytelling. As a working author, I find it important to write about topics that are current to today’s society and interests that surround our lives. I also recognize and embrace that the world is becoming more closely connected, and that we truly are becoming global citizens. Having a keen interest in issues that impact the world, a great deal of my fiction writing evolves around global issues. In this context, I am a historical fiction writer focusing primarily on geopolitical issues.

In 'The Den of the Assassin' my writing efforts focus on international finance and terrorism. I believe it is one of the best written, accurate, and current post 911 espionage thrillers written. From the current resurgence of former-KGB hard-liners in Russia and the corrupt oligarchs who control the black-market of the weapons trade, from the isolationist mountains of North Korea to the sweeping deserts of the Middle East, from the hidden agendas behind the Forbidden City, from the looming specter of biological warfare to the ways in which terrorists hide and wash their money, from the arcane methods by which corporate America funds itself to the inner workings of Wall Street's war rooms, to democratic nations' use of sophisticated computer systems such as PROMIS and PISCES, 'Den Of The Assassin' is an informative, compelling, spin-tingling international espionage thriller that will keep readers turning through the pages. And if you are a New Yorker or love New York, you will then quickly realize just how much I love my hometown, too! The paperback version of The Den of the Assassin will be re-released (second edition) on E-book in September of 2011. Previously, this thriller was released right before I was unexpectedly forced to chase the cyclones of international child abduction. It is only now that I have the ability of releasing this novel in the manner to which it should have been released.

'Chasing The Cyclone' is perhaps the most meaningful book I have or will ever write. It was both the hardest and easiest story to share. 'Chasing The Cyclone' is a story of international parental child abduction and a father's unending desire to find, protect, and unite with his abducted, defenseless son. I mention that it was the 'hardest' story because the story is drawn from my experiences as a Chasing Parent who was unexpectedly forced to race to the other side of the world in search of my own child. And surely it was the easiest story to write because this novel is based upon my experiences and familiarity of having to attempt to find and bring home a child who was criminally abducted Which I did. Safely. I am certain that readers will find this story the quintessential page-turning legal thriller while never losing sight that 'Chasing The Cyclone' is a love story.

My recent E-book release that I co-authored with Carolyn Ann Vlk titled ‘The World Turned Upside Down’ is the most current resource guide on international parental child abduction. Much of the material contained in this extensive resource guide is based upon groundbreaking research that Carolyn and I conducted. By using the E-book format, we intend to update the guide as new and relevant information becomes available. Having gone through this terrible ordeal that is hard for any parent that has not experienced having a child taken abroad to understand, I found it important to become a voice, in my own way, to the cause of child abduction prevention. My activities in this arena have been extensive and geared toward having new abduction prevention laws passed and implemented. ‘The World Turned Upside Down’ is available for purchase on E-commerce sites; however, it is also available for free download on my official website.

'Cloning Christ' was conceptulized during the time I spent in New York's 'Ground Zero' during 911. During one particular night, I lost my faith in God and did not understand how HE could and would allow for such a disaster to occur. While spending the evening inside a church, essentially speaking my anger-filled mind at God, I soon realized that HE did not abandon us. And so, at sometime in the middle of the night and into the early part of the morning, I wrote a very detailed outline and synopsis of 'Cloning Christ'. And for those of you who may want to know where the title originates from - well it was inside Trinity Church - that sits high on Wall Street, where this all took place.

'War On Wall Street' was written during the time my son was getting ready to enter the world. At that time, I had come down with a serious form of cancer, and I did not know if I was going to survive. So, regardless of the material objects I would have been able to leave my son, if I passed, he would only know me through pictures. So I wrote this story for him. And in it, unquestionably, I do speak to Tyler.

In addition to these published works, I am pleased to announce that in the near future I will release the sequel of 'The Den Of The Assassin' in the global thriller titled 'Predators Games'. I also will release my first satire titled 'The Production', which is a witty story of the zany worlds of film production and publishing. And finally, I am excited about the release of ‘Cloning Christ’s’ sequel, ‘Quest’.

Speaking of writing and reading, I am a strong supporter of literacy programs and public libraries everywhere.

Lastly, if you read any of my books, and if you listen carefully, you very well may hear the voice of a father telling his son how much he loves him.
