Dhanu Kothari is an enthusiastic and a passionate motivational speaker with extensive breadth and depth of Project Management experience with HP, DEC, Honeywell, Nortel, Scotiabank, Univac and the Norwegian Computing Center. His speeches, presentations and workshops are consistently rated as “Excellent” and “Outstanding”.
He is president of D2i Consulting, a firm specializing in delivery and consulting including methodology, process, governance, audits, coaching and training. He has a special interest in managing project reset and recovery. Dhanu holds a B.Sc. in Mech. Eng. from Pune, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Production Eng. from the Univ. of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He has frequently presented at NASA Project Management Challenge conferences, PMI Symposiums, PMI SIGS and Chapters, and several professional associations.
Dhanu is a past President of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Southern Ontario Chapter, Canada, and the Rotary Club of Newmarket. Dhanu has also authored two books on Project Management titled: “Rainbows & Ratholes: Best Practices for Managing Successful Projects” and “Managing Project Recovery”.
