I am professor emerita of Political Science and of Leadership Studies. A long time specialist on Russian Studies, in the second half of my career, I have segued into Leadership studies. My research interests include both areas -- foreign policy and leadership.
Recently, I have also done some writing in spirituality. My hobbies are reading light mysteries (cozy mystery genre) and film. I adore classic films as well as contemporary films, but lean toward romcom (romantic comedies) and sentimental films, such as those on the Hallmark Channel, that many people find sappy. That's okay. I love them.
I have a blog on leadership questions, but add to it only intermittently. I hope to publish an anthology of the leadership essays.
In recent years I have coedited two books with Vidya Nadkarni is The Emerging Powers in Global Perspective (2013) and Challenge and Change (2017). A total of four books, plus many articles.
