Greetings Everyone! Welcome to my Author page.

I am a Free-lance writer, Poet and Author of twelve books that include five children's books, three original poetry collections, and two original collections of short stories. I love writing for both children and adults and can't wait to let my imagination run wild! My newest book, The ME I Used To Be, is a journey of the imagination that explores what it would be like to have experienced being one with Nature, by having lifetime after lifetime of becoming different creatures and even a tree and a leaf, and what was learned from each of these experiences. It is a book that is for kids of all ages!

A little about my background, I am an American but I was born in England just outside of London. My parents returned to America when I was just a baby and I enjoy dual citizenship which delights me. Not only was I born in England but my Father was half British, so it was not surprising that my family embraced all things British with a passion, especially literature..

I grew up reading stories about "Noddy and Big Thumb", among other British classics for children, and it has been commented that my style of writing reflects a little of my British background. I would like to think so!

I am currently living in the Shenandoah Valley with many animal companions.
