Stephen A. Welles

Stephen A Welles is a Marine veteran and semi-retired project manager for the likes of IBM, Pepsi and Readers Digest. He is now fulfilling a lifelong goal as the founder and project manager of the new Disco Hall of Fame.

In the 1970s-80s Steve was a club dancer, trumpet player and a head bartender for dance clubs throughout New York City. Steve now a Disco Historian also authored a second book called Disco Nights (2010). Steve used his surrogate to tell this coming of age 70s tale which was inspired by a true story.
