Andrew David Field

Andrew David Field is the author of several books and many articles and book chapters as well as independent documentary films. Much of his research focuses on the history of music, dance, and entertainment and leisure cultures in urban China. He lives in Shanghai and Kunshan and serves as Associate Professor of Chinese History at Duke Kunshan University. His website is shanghaisojourns.net.
