Gill Graves is an experienced and highly regarded executive coach, team coach, coach supervisor, facilitator and consultant in leadership and team development. Gill has an MBA, is a fellow of the CIPD and is accredited to the highest, Master Practitioner, level with the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC).
Gill is a regular speaker at meetings and conferences and is the author of the highly-acclaimed books: Presenting Yourself With Impact at Work and Coaching With Impact at Work. Gill founded her own company, Iridium, in 2000 and has built an impressive and loyal client base including Judge Business School, Mercedes, Cambridge University, Vodafone and the NHS.
Gill has a Professional Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring with her research focusing on the emergent practice of team coaching. During the course of her research she developed the PiE Team Coaching Model®️, focusing on the three distinct phases of team coaching: Preparation, Intervention and Evaluation. Her third book, Team Coaching With Impact At Work, is a practitioner’s handbook of team coaching based on the PiE Team Coaching Model® and completes the Impact At Work trilogy.
