Tom DePaoli

Dr. Tom DePaoli is a retired Navy Reserve Captain and corporate turnaround executive whose leadership philosophy was built in the field, not in a classroom. Over three decades, he has led transformation efforts in supply chain, software, human resources, and academia, and consulted for more than fifty organizations across chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, government, and consumer industries.

As CEO of Apollo Solutions, Dr. Tom specializes in Lean Six Sigma deployment, leadership training, emotional intelligence, and organizational change. He has taught over 200 courses at universities nationwide and been published extensively in journals, magazines, and books on leadership and workplace transformation.

Dr. Tom is the author of fifteen books, including Servant Leadership Stories, which draws on real experiences from paper mills to Naval Air Stations to show how leaders earn trust and drive results by closing the distance between themselves and the people they lead.

When he isn't writing or consulting, Dr. Tom has been a competitive street ball player, a champion baseball card flipper, and once hit a golf ball over 1,000 feet with a baseball bat.
