Nick Roteman

Nick Roteman was educated at Public School in England, although his formative years were spent in the South of France with two years in Rome. He was trained as a Management Accountant and has worked in Advertising, PR, Publishing and the film business. Over 15 years ago, he left London to work in a more quiet environment and now lives in Surrey.

I have always written, since I could do joined-up writing, but mainly for my own pleasure. With the coming of the credit crunch I decided to try and suppliment my income by writing a few books. I am not a great writer but I can tell a good and hopefully exciting story. I like believable and strong characters and a realistic storyline. My novels are easy to read and made for the holidays!

'Auburn-Ultion' is my first published novel, and is a taut thriller about an amazing functioning autistic woman who becomes a private detective to solve the murder of her friend, and slowly wakes up to the wonders of the world in the process.

'When Madness Calls' is a fast paced thriller set in and around the yacht Marinas of Chichester, Poole and Lymington.

"An Inappropriate Action" Is a violent thriller about a serial killer stalking the beautiful New Forrest and the town of Lymington. Released Feb 2016.

'Marry Me!'Is a thriller set in Surrey about internet dating and what happens when Jack meets the dangerous psychotic Rose.Published early 2012.

"Trodds Lane" Read what happens when a pretty young autistic woman meets a dangerous psychopath.

I have written a YA+ Crossover novel called 'Demonwalker'. This is a period adventure about an Edwardian lady, set mainly in the Roaring Twenties. Again no set date for publication.

I have also an adventure story set in 1710, due for release Summer 2016.

I am now working on two new stories "Something Promised" and "A Package of Ruffians."
