Graeme Baber

Graeme Baber graduated from the University of Oxford in 1990, having attended University College from 1987. After many years of study, in which Graeme achieved qualifications in law, economics, finance, management and computer science, he attained a Doctor of Philosophy Degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London in 2009.
