Paul Plummer has been an avid cook since he was a child. Not a professional chef (his only experience in a commercial kitchen – second-shift cook in a meat packing plant’s cafeteria – was a part-time job in high school), Mr. Plummer nevertheless is passionate about food.
He has traveled worldwide, always taking advantage of the local cuisine.
These travels are reflected in his first cookbook - Sensual Preservation - The Art of Confit.
