Steve is a specialist in the field of strategic planning and business management. He is a resultant with unique perspective. His uncommon insight is the result of:

- Hands-on consulting and coaching of more than 750 wealth management teams, helping them achieve their goals with his proprietary High Speed Strategic Planning program.

- 12 years of game planning as a coach with the Buffalo Bills, Seattle Seahawks, and Los Angeles Rams.

- 10 years of helping Microsoft teams develop their product and go-to-market strategies.

- Directing an international consulting/training company.

- Three years as director of practice management for Russell Investment Group.

- Continual study of leading-edge business practices and optimal performance psychology.

Steve is a leading management consultant, mentor, and coach. He has exceptional experience and business knowledge. Through his inspiring and entertaining stories he makes the information relevant to advisors, allowing them to address their challenges and opportunities. He helps advisors think more effectively about their competitive position and develop a strategic focus that drives exceptional business results—quickly.

After stepping away from the NFL in 1989, Steve earned a master’s degree at Seattle University and became a managing director and later chief operating officer of the Pacific Institute, an international corporation specializing in performance improvement, professional growth, change management, and leadership development.

In 1993, he founded Moore Solutions. This led to a decade of consulting on key initiatives at Microsoft, including long-term strategic planning with senior executives. Steve developed High Speed Strategic Planning as a product of Moore Solutions. He later accepted an offer to direct the practice management capability of Russell Investment Group, a global investment management firm. During this time, Russell’s practice management expertise earned a number one industry ranking among value-added outside wholesaler programs based on the Horsesmouth/FRC Wholesaler Effectiveness Survey, February 2007.

In 2008, Steve returned full-time to Moore Solutions, continuing to deliver High Speed Strategic Planning to advisors in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
