Jeff Wignall

Jeff Wignall was born in the seacoast city of Beverly, Massachusetts where he he attended the local schools, relocating to the neaby city of Peabody in 1960 where he has resided for the past 57 years. During that time he worked locally at a sequence of technologically obsoleted jobs, and with his wife Mary, raised two children and six dogs. For several years he served as an official of the local historical society, and in that context commenced the research into the life - and death - of his father in France during WWII that resulted in the publication of Farebersviller 1944 some 20 years later.
