Karen A. Linder

Karen Linder was raised in Lincoln, Nebraska and now lives in Omaha and Montecito, California. She has spent over 25 years as a Cytotechnologist, studying cells, and has written numerous medical scientific journal articles and books.

Writing is a passion for Ms. Linder and she also paints and sculpts with her artwork residing in over 100 personal and institutional collections. She enjoys travel and golf.

Linder is a Berkshire Hathaway shareholder, Partner of Linseed Capital LLC and President of Tethon 3D, Inc. She is an entrepreneur and a member of the Nebraska Angels investing group and Women Investing in Nebraska (WIN). She is a former small business owner and former faculty at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She serves on the boards of two arts nonprofits and one startup company.

Married to James Linder, the couple have six grown children.
