Amy Husband

Amy Husband graduated from Liverpool School of Art in 2006 where she studied Graphic Arts. Whilst studying there she developed a passion for children’s books and set her heart on a career as an illustrator.

So far so good! Since graduating she has had two picture books published ‘Dear Miss’ and ‘Dear Santa’.

Her first picture book ‘Dear Miss’ was voted the winner of the ‘Read It Again’ Cambridgeshire Children’s Picture Book Award 2010.

A third book in the same series ‘Dear Class’ is coming soon in 2012.

Amy now lives and works in her hometown of York.

**Please note** 'Dear Teacher' is the American version of 'Dear Miss'.
