Liza Hoeksma

Liza is a life coach who has co-authored many books including several with Kintsugi Hope founder Patrick Regan on topics around resilience, mental and emotional health, and faith in times of crisis. She lives in Hertfordshire, and, in addition to life coaching and writing, she works in communications for a charity.
