Liza Hoeksma

Liza is a writer and editor who has co-authored many books including several with Kintsugi Hope & XLP founder Patrick Regan on topics around mental and emotional health, resilience, and faith in times of crisis. She also works as a life-coach, supporting and encouraging clients across the UK to pursue the goals that are important to them.
