Bidjan has a passion for leading organizations that enable people to realize their potential and thrive to achieve good causes. Until November 2023, he served as CEO of Atlas Corps, which develops leaders and strengthens organizations through training programs and a global alumni community of skilled social change professionals. From 2018-2021, he was part of Save the Children’s senior executive team, leading its global program quality and impact and served as interim CEO in 2019. As program director at Save the Children Germany from 2013-2018, he led its refugee response in 2015. He also worked at the World Bank and was part of the team that started Teach for America in Germany. Bidjan studied at Yale and Georgetown University and holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin. He lives with his wife and daughter in the Washington, DC, area.
