Priscilla is a proven senior level executive with 30 years of best in class talent management experience working with Fortune 500 companies in over 60 countries in human resources, strategic development, performance consulting, global diversity and succession planning. She has received international acclaim for her work in leadership development, executive coaching and diversity. She has presented throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, with numerous keynotes in China, India.
Prior to her current role as President and CEO of Nelson Cohen Global Consulting, she was the Global Director of People Leadership at Satyam from 2005 to 2009. She is the author of an internal professional coach certification program aligned to the International Coach Federation core competencies, and “Let’s Talk”, a desktop resource manual comprised of 90 powerful questions for leaders. In addition to “Riding the Tiger” Leading through Learning in Turbulent Times, ASTD Press, May 2010, she is also the author of a comprehensive internal executive coach training program, "Let's Talk", a desktop tool with 90 powerful questions for coaching leaders and numerous tools and products for executives and organizations.
Priscilla received her M.S. in Human Resources Economics from the University of Utah, her M.A. in Counselor Education from the University of South Florida, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Utah. She is also certified in numerous assessment and psychometric tools.
