Jon Marshall

Jon Marshall is an associate professor in the journalism program at Northwestern University's Medill School in Evanston, Illinois. He is the author of "Watergate’s Legacy and the Press: The Investigative Impulse" (Northwestern University Press, 2011) and “Clash: Presidents and the Press in Times of Crisis” (Potomac Books, 2022). He has written for The New York Times, WashingtonPost.com, TheAtlantic.com, Christian Science Monitor, CBS News’ Public Eye, Chicago Tribune, Crain’s Chicago Business, Family Circle, Huffington Post, Parenting, Parents, Quill, Home & Away, Illinois Issues, Reform Judaism and many other publications.
