Nancy White

Nancy White is the founder of Full Circle Associates and a pioneering practitioner and documentor of online facilitation and distributed community building. For three decades, she has worked at the intersection of technology, learning, and community, helping networks and organizations discover that the most powerful resources for change are often already present, waiting to be unlocked.

A long-time steward of communities of practice, Nancy is the co-author of Digital Habitats: Stewarding Technology for Communities with Etienne Wenger and John D. Smith. The upcoming Liberating Structures Fieldbook, co-authored with Keith McCandless, brings together her decades of practice in distributed, participatory facilitation with the LS repertoire she has used and taught across sectors worldwide.

When not facilitating or writing, she is most likely in the garden, on the trail of exceptional chocolate, or being thoroughly outmaneuvered by her grandchildren.
