Dr. Dwight Steward is an economist and expert in statistical and economic analysis of labor and employment related issues. He has experience in consulting and litigation involving employment discrimination, wage and hour violations, and economic damages –on behalf of both defendants and plaintiffs.
He writes regularly on employment related issues and frequently speaks to economic and legal professional groups. Dr. Steward’s groundbreaking research on the statistical analysis of police racial profiling has received national attention.
In addition, Dr. Steward has also held teaching positions in the Department of Economics at the University of Texas at Austin, the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and in the College of Business Administration at Sam Houston State University.
Dr. Steward also co-authored "Economic Damages Primer for Attorneys."
