Jonathan Hafetz

Jonathan Hafetz is a Brooklyn-based human rights attorney and author. He is a professor at Seton Hall Law School and a practicing attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union. He has written widely about the importance of protecting the rights of individuals and maintaining the rule of law.
