Roberta Muir loves making it easy for home cooks to explore new cuisines and ingredients and sharing her passion for cooking, eating, drinking and travelling. She's a certified Sherry educator and cheese judge and has a Master of Arts degree in Gastronomy. For almost 25 years she ran Australia’s largest recreational cooking school, Sydney Seafood School at Sydney Fish Market and became immersed in Australia’s exciting food and restaurant world, forming friendships with many great chefs and awesome producers and learning a lot along the way. She's written cookbooks with some of them, hosted cooking classes with just about all of them, and learnt to translate their 'chef speak’ into ‘home cook speak’.
