Samuel H. Lowe

Samuel H. Lowe was born in the U.S. Naval Base of Rota, Spain to an American father from South Carolina and a Spanish mother from the Castellón province. He spent his early years in Spain but moved to the southeastern United States as a teenager. Samuel is a professional linguist currently residing in South Carolina.
