Chef TJ Weston has enjoyed a very colorful career for more than a decade since graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He has worked across the country for some of the best restaurants, hotels, and chefs including Wolfgang Puck in Los Angeles and the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. For the past four years he has spent the summer working in Sitka, Alaska as the Executive Chef at a premier sport fishing lodge. His first cookbook, "Eat, Fish & Be Happy" is a collection of some of the best recipes he has created over the past few years and had a lot of success preparing.
