Pamela Grow

Pamela Grow is credited with creating the Simple Development Systems model, a framework for effortlessly growing your nonprofit’s individual giving program. She’s the author of Simple Development Systems: Successful Fundraising for the One-Person Shop, the only book dedicated to the overworked, under-resourced nonprofit development director.

A pioneer of online education, in 2012, she founded Basics & More Fundraising, providing affordable relationship building online fundraising training for nonprofit professionals across the world. In 2016, she co-founded Veritus Group Academy and created The Fundraising Calendar, the original planner for fundraisers.

She was named one of the 50 Most Influential Fundraisers by Civil Society magazine, one of the Top 25 Most Effective Fundraising Consultants, and one of 30 Nonprofit IT Influencers to Follow in 2023 by BizTech. Pam's committed to helping small nonprofits develop sustainable funding through their “fundraising systems.”

In her spare time, she's mom to two AbFab daughters, nonprofit copywriter, a baker, an artist, and a Philadelphia foodie.
