Frank Gates has been a technician, a supervisor, a manager, a director and a vice president in the telecom industry for the last 35 years.

He is a hands-on type of manager and has managed every type of team, in just about every department, in dozens of companies. Frank has hired and fired, promoted and demoted, suspended and befriended, thousands of people during his successful career.

As the owner/operator of Gates Engineering Inc., Frank managed his team and achieved consistent and sustained success.
