Keith Rowe
In a distinguished career spanning half a century, Keith has worked with Toshiba, Sanyo, and Sharp Corporation. For each of these multi-nationals he headed the Australian sales and marketing operations.
Aside from those dedicated roles, Keith has been engaged in contract consulting and has undertaken a host of other freelance training, speaking, and corporate emcee assignments around Australasia and South East Asia.
The KNACK of Selling
The first of Keith's books - KNACK of Selling - was released as a paperback in 2010. Since then, he has continued to update, expand, and customise that original material in what has become a virtual series. Each new release has been designed to supersede the earlier titles, but to retain the all-important mission - of averting the threat of having our essential interpersonal selling skills rendered redundant by the growing wave of social media marketing and online trading.
The latest such revision, entitled "KNACK of Selling - 2020", was released in late 2019. It supersedes all of the earlier works. Although it was published prior to the sweeping commercial changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the content ironically becomes even more relevant now - as we struggle to maintain our face-to-face communication skills in the less personable online trading environment.
Interpersonality
To widen the scope beyond the commercial environment, Keith's latest book, entitled "Interpersonality", was released in 2022. It paints the post-COVID picture of how our face-to-face communication skills are more threatened than ever in every application - from family to community to workplace - and provides guidelines for the preservation of those treasured skills. It is available with full-colour illustrations in each of eBook, Paperback, and Hardcover formats. There is also a paperback Student Edition available from January 2023. Unlike the original hardcopy versions which mirror the eBook with full-colour illustrations, this version is printed in black and white, and is intended to be a more affordable workbook accompaniment to the eBook.
A second edition of this original 'Interpersonality' title is now available. Because it contains only small content amendments and is not intended to supersede the original, it has been made available only in eBook format. This revised edition therefore continues to compliment the hardcopies.
