P. Griffith (Griff) Lindell made a career of serving as a senior level marketing strategist and a leader to established, reorganizing, and emerging companies and now serves the business faculty at Corban University's Hoff School of Business as their Dean.

He has developed unique processes to assist executive teams in articulating their purpose, goals, core values, and strategy through customer-centric planning. Griff continues to show budding entrepreneurs how to grasp an intimate understanding of customers, a thorough understanding of competitors, and a clearer understanding of themselves.

Griff is a motivational speaker, sharing his unique insights on business and leadership with dozens of corporations and organizations both in the high-tech and high-touch arenas and, of course, now the university community.

The author of more than a dozen business titles, Griff is also a business and/or life coach and provides consulting services to companies who want to expand their revenue and increase their impact through innovative thinking, compelling communications, and marketing strategies that have been proven effective time and again.
