Jim Shields

Jim Shields began writing as a teenager growing up on his family farm in middle Tennessee. He continued writing creatively for college courses and for local radio and newspaper while attending Berea College. He received his degree from the University of Kentucky.

His other interests include book collections, reading history, nature photography and spending time with his family, including his five grandchildren.
