A quintessential Midwesterner with an insatiable love for adventure and the power of words, Peter N. Liptak is a poet, author, publisher, with a passion for cycling, traveling, teaching, and writing. Unlike most English majors, he actually made use of his degree teaching English to children and adults in South Korea🇰🇷 for 20 years, as a private tutor, preschool teacher, and adjunct professor at Incheon University.

Exploring his interests at the University of Minnesota🎓, from the wonders of Astronomy and Anthropology to Philosophy and Poetics, while juggling jobs as a preschool teacher, waiter, dance instructor, and massage therapist.

Seeking to share his knowledge and passion with the world, he embarked on a new adventure, traveling to South Korea to teach English to children and adults. As a private tutor, preschool teacher, and adjunct at Incheon University, Peter immersed himself in Korean culture, history, and language, earning a master's degree in Korean History along the way.

Inspired by Korea's rich heritage, Peter penned several books, including the award-winning "Letters: Building an Alphabet with Art and Attitude," "Idiom Attack" series of ESL textbooks, and the children's early reader "Teddy LeBear" series . He also translated the scathing graphic novel, "The Great Successor - Kim Jong Un: a Political Cartoon," and authored the controversial book of Korean Slang, "As much as a Rat's Tail."
