Linus Larsson

Linus Larsson is a Partner and Senior Advisor at Blue Consulting Group (www.blueconsultinggroup.se). Linus has advised large international corporations on strategy and performance improvement for more than 20 years. He has worked with high-performance companies in a range of industries including manufacturing, financial services, health care, and business services. Prior to joining The Quest Group he held several senior management positions within several global business services corporations. Linus is married and has three children.

Linus was engaged to implement Lean in Administration by a global life science organisation back in 2007. He was then in search of some good Lean literature in the context of administrative support processes such as Finance and HR. He had no luck finding any books on the subject among all the books on Lean production so he become a writer and published his first book in 2008: Lean Administration, Liber förlag ISBN 978-91-47-08932-1
