Rebecca Housel

Rebecca Housel, Ph. D. received her Doctorate at the prestigious School of English, Media and Performing Arts at University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Housel is a writer of all genres and has published on a variety of topics in popular culture like Twilight, True Blood, film adaptation, and comic book superheroes.

Housel was a teacher and professor of English in the States for fifteen years; before Housel became a teacher, professor or writer, she was a stand-up comedian in Boston, Massachusetts.

Rebecca Housel currently lives in the States, though she hopes to move to the UK someday and work with film-phenoms like Matthew Vaughn and Guy Ritchie or write for Mark Millar's Millarworld comics (which in Housel's opinion, are some of the BEST comics the world has ever seen...go KICK-A**!).
