Belinda Helmke

Dr. Belinda Helmke is an Australian-German academic whose research focuses primarily on international law and international relations, particularly the use of force by states and armed conflict.

Belinda currently works as a political risk analyst in the corporate sector. She is also a Visiting Scholar at the Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies, University of Sydney.
