Michele (Scism) Mere is decisive, driven, and committed to helping business owners build thriving, leveraged businesses. She believes that business failure could be eradicated if business owners would make a few simple changes to the way they do business.

Michele is a business strategist and the Founder of Decisive Minds (www.DecisiveMinds.com). She is an international speaker, best-selling author, and a 2014 winner of the Prestigious Steve Award for entrepreneurs.

Michele is a third-generation entrepreneur having spent most of her life working in family businesses in both the retail and service industries, including 2 multi-million dollar businesses, starting several successful businesses on her own, and even spending a few years in the corporate world. She has a degree in Accounting but she has spent her life learning every aspect of business specializing in business strategy.

She considers herself blessed to be born into a family with such an entrepreneurial spirit (just call it serial entrepreneurship) because it gave her the opportunity to develop her knowledge of "all things" business. She started working in the family grocery store at age 5 when she was tall enough to stand on a wooden stool and see over the paper grocery bags.

She is the proud mother of Allyson and Bryan and the super-proud Mimi to her granddaughters Zoey and Falynn.

After selling her businesses and trying semi-retirement in 2007, Michele decided she wanted to do something to help women business owners. After much soul searching she decided to create a business to do just that and thus Decisive Minds (www.decisiveminds.com) was born. Decisive Minds combines her desire to help entrepreneurs with her extreme knowledge of business operations and business growth through workshops, training courses and master mind events.

Throughout Michele's life she has been labeled many things, a "self-help" junkie, confident, inspirational, motivational, positive but most importantly mother, wife & daughter. Always interested in self improvement she takes many courses and seminars, lives a positive life and believes that she is responsible for what happens in her life. She is a Christian and believes that through God all things are possible.

1. She loves drag racing and attends drag races around the country annually.

2. She loves to dance. She competed in country/western dance competitions around the world in the pro-am divisions for many years, holding two national titles.

3. She loves to travel.
