Johannes Ritter

Johannes Ritter is a leading authority on business case methodology. He has worked with some of the largest businesses and the US Government on the successful deployment of business case methodology. Johannes is currently Partner at Solution Matrix and has more than 10 years experience as a consultant in business case analysis and has trained more than 2,700 seminar participants in business case methodology. The average seminar rating by participants is 4.2 out of 5.

Johannes is co-author of the book “The Definitive Guide to Getting Your Budget Approved“, an all-around guide to business cases and budget approvals. Johannes has also published more than 20 articles in leading international journals and magazines.

Johannes began his career at IBM in Paris. Prior to joining IBM he studied finance at Harvard University, Helsinki School of Economics and Passau University. He speaks German, English and French fluently.
