Ro Gorell

My name is Ro Gorell and I want to inspire other coaches to give their clients a great experience from coaching because coaching can make working life more enjoyable. My mission is to connect with influencers who can make coaching happen in their workplace so that everyone benefits.

I have been writing about the benefits of coaching since 2005 and have been published both on my own and with my co-author, Gillian Jones.

I tweet under the pseudonym @GrowTalentRo because the coaching model, GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) helps organisations and people do exactly that, grow! Also, because a coaching culture does make a difference in developing latent talent.
