Lara Zielinsky has spent a lifetime finding the right words to express the lives of the people whispering in her head. Growing from casual writer to published author, she has had several novels traditionally published since 2007, and contributed short stories to many collections. In one of her first editorial credits, she curated and edited stories for To Love and To Cherish (2010), a charity anthology celebrating sapphic love and family and raising money for marriage equality.
While teaching English language arts and literature, she moved from eager beta to part-time editor. Now fiction editing is her full-time profession. Doing business as LZ Edits, she is dedicated to helping authors put their best book forward. When not writing or editing, Lara and her husband explore the beach towns and state and federal parks of her home state of Florida, enjoying life as empty nesters.
