Joan Ostrander

My name is Joan Ostrander, and I have lived through 79 years of the 20th century and, so far, to ten of the 21st Century.

The"Bits and Pieces" referred to in the book title are of the days, months, and moments of our lives that we thought might make good stories. We Ostranders are pretty ordinary folks, but we did live through some eventful periods of history, and we did at times see this stuff "up close and personal." Remember the ancient witch's curse? "—May you live in interesting times!"

This series of yarns about Ivan and Joan Ostrander's family has been plucked from their sometimes helter-skelter lives and lined up from page 1 to 493.
