We all know every author on the face of the planet (aside from Stephenie Meyer) was once a precocious child who began writing stories, or at least wanting to, as soon as s/he had some cognitive capacity. Well, I can't remember that far back, so I don't know if I've had an astonishing, lifelong affinity for words or not.

Anyway, I do have 2-1/2 degrees in English and have worked as a teacher, sales promotion specialist, and editor. Although I prefer writing m/m erotic romance, I've also written other stuff including straight romance. My subgenres are all over the place: paranormal, steampunk, traditional fantasy, urban fantasy, and contemporary. I've also written sweeter romances as well as a topical dystopian thriller called ACTS OF THE SAINTS that's also available at Amazon (but under a different pen name).

Thus far, my fiction has been published by Dreamspinner Press, Loose Id, Samhain, Liquid Silver Books, Ellora's Cave, Cerridwen Press, and a few other companies. Most of it's available only in e-book form, but several titles have also been issued in print.

Sorry, can't relate any cute anecdotes from my life -- they're all too embarrassing to post here. I live in the oft-frozen tundra of Wisconsin with a couple of mutts from the local animal shelter and a man who isn't nearly as cute as they are.
