Frank H. Walker

Frank Houston Walker Jr. was born in Jennersville, Pennsylvania, in 1960. He graduated high school at sixteen and earned a B.A. from Covenant College (Lookout Mountain, GA), an M.Div. from the Theological Seminary of the Reformed Episcopal Church (Philadelphia, PA), and a Th.M. and Ph.D. from Whitefield Theological Seminary (Lakeland, FL).

Ordained to the gospel ministry in 1986, he served continuously as a pastor in Ohio and California until his retirement in 2025. For twenty years he was Professor of Historical Theology at City Seminary, Sacramento, CA, and also taught at Heidelberg Theological Seminary in Sioux Falls, SD. He served the Reformed Church in the United States as both Stated Clerk and President of Synod.

The Lord has blessed Frank and his wife Christine with five children and eleven grandchildren.
