Thomas Diefenbach

I am an independent social philosopher. I've got a PhD and MSc in economics and business administration, a BA in social pedagogy, and have studied philosophy and other social sciences for most of my life. For many years, I had been working for institutions of further and higher education and other organisations and as a freelancer in various countries on four different continents. Books I've published include 'Pentoutopia - Free individuals in a democratic, equal, just and sustainable society' (2022), 'The democratic organisation' (2020), 'Hierarchy and organisation' (2013), and 'Management and the dominance of managers' (2009). My works are a critical reflection of my lifelong theoretical and empirical search and research as well as of my own personal experiences at work and of public and social life.
