I write about taking small steps to live a better, healthier, longer life. I do the research, curate the best information, and share it with all of you! Maybe you've seen me chatting about living your best life on talk shows (Today Show, CBS' The Morning Show, Good Morning America, The Talk, The Doctors, and Dr. Phil) or heard me on the radio. The National Osteoporosis Foundation honored me with the Generations of Strength Award, and I now sit on the board, helping to shape the discourse about healthy aging. In addition to writing for my own website, I am a contributor to HuffPost and AARP. My other passions include running (which I started to do shortly after turning 50), knitting, and nagging my family to eat better, sleep more, and exercise every day.
