Heather Sinkwitz

Heather (Sinkwitz) Hill is a leader and influencer in the business intelligence space. She has a track record of leading teams to build innovative business intelligence solutions. She is passionate about creating user adoption, business involvement, and sustainable processes. She gained her SAP BI expertise while working as a business intelligence consultant specializing as a certified SAP BusinessObjects instructor and solution provider.

She remains actively involved in the BI community as an international speaker, author, and SAP Mentor. She is co-author of the book SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence currently on its fourth edition with SAP Press. She works in her local Phoenix community on the Arizona SAP User Group planning committee.

She is also passionate about promoting women and helping mentor others to grow to their greatest potential. She has participated in and hosted numerous panels discussions on the topic. She was integral in launching the Phoenix chapter of Women in Data (https://www.womenindata.org/) and currently serves as chapter co-lead. She also serves on the board of the Arizona Foundation for Women (https://www.azfw.org/) promoting the safety, health and economic security of women.
