CARRIE HUDSON is the alter ego/pen name of BARBARA ANKRUM, a bestselling and award winning author of historical and contemporary romances. Why the pen name? Well, when her publisher politely asked her to pick a pen name for a steamy, Blaze Time-Travel romance, she politely acquiesced. This, however, was the only book she wrote under Carrie Hudson before moving back to her real name. But a time travel western was sure fun to write! It's the middle book in the "Stolen In Time" series written in partnership with Harlequin's Debbi Rawlins.

Barbara Ankrum's other books have been twice nominated for RWA's prestigious RITA Award, a Maggie Award, and a Best First Historical and several TOP PICK awards from Romantic Times. Her books have been #1 Bestsellers on Amazon. Having recently re-released her historicals as ebooks, she's busy writing new work for Tule Publishing. Barbara has two grown children who have flown the coop. She lives in Southern California with her sweet husband of many years. Her two cats and her scruffy dog closely supervise her writing career while keeping her feet toasty warm.
