He is the founder of Evolve Leadership and creator of the Neuro Resilient Leadership™ framework, helping high-performing executives, founders, and leadership teams upgrade their inner operating system to perform at their best in high-stakes environments.

Over the past two decades, Angus has coached leaders from organizations such as Cisco, FedEx, Bridgestone, and Workday, along with startup founders and eight-figure entrepreneurs navigating the complexities of scale, identity, and performance.
