Byron Elsey

Dr. Byrn Elsey has considerable experience working with hundreds of criminals and their families as a chaplain; he focuses on shoring up fragile family relationships. He has served in juvenile and adult correctional institutions, as well as being the founding director of the Community Ministry with Ex-offenders in Winnipeg Manitoba. He has worked with some criminals and their families for over 20 years.
