Sandra L Stewart (1962-) was born in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada to parents of Irish, Pennsylvania Dutch and native Canadian ancestry who promptly moved to Kitchener, Ontario where she lived and attended Wilfrid Laurier University. She won an award in high school for her fiction story about ancient Greece's philosophers. She worked for ten years in Toronto, decided to leave the hectic lifestyle and moved back home. She has written two papers for Kent State University for its childrens' literature conferences. She spends her free time at the family cottage on the Bruce Peninsula writing urban fantasy and erotic romance (using the pen name Lee Pearce) and travels when she can.
