Parameswaran Seshan has over 29 years of global work experience in Digital Transformation / AI Transformation / Business Transformation, Business Consulting, Enterprise Architecture (EA), Solution/Software Architecture, Software Engineering, and Information Technology (IT), adding value to organizations and individuals, as a Coach, Mentor, Advisor, Enterprise Architect, Business Consultant, Solution Architect/IT Architect, Educator, Researcher, Programmer, Author. This includes over 17 years of corporate teaching experience in the industry. His industry domain expertise spans across Banking, Financial Services, Automobile, IT services, Transportation, Education, Telecom, and Business Process Outsourcing Services. He has worked on the following architecture tools: BiZZdesign Enterprise Studio, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Archi, IBM® Rational Rose® Modeler, ArgoUML.

He has been the sole proprietor of BitsinTune Solutions, Bangalore, providing services as an independent professional and consultant.

Previously, he has worked for Sen-Sei Technologies Pvt. Ltd., CC and C Solutions Pty Ltd., Infosys, and American President Lines (APL) Ltd. (at Oakland, California, U.S.A) .

Parameswaran has a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Calicut. He is The Open Group Authorized Trainer for TOGAF®, ArchiMate®, and IT4IT™. He has earned "The Open Group Certified: Applied TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner" and “The Open Group: TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Modeling Practitioner” Badges. He is certified in TOGAF®, ArchiMate®, and IT4IT™ from The Open Group. He is a certified trainer and practitioner in AI. He is also a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect (SCEA) .

Parameswaran is also a researcher. He worked on joint research works with Microsoft Research India and researchers from Universities such as Copenhagen University and University of Melbourne in the areas of BPM (workflow) and Agent-oriented software engineering. He has authored a book titled “Process-Centric Architecture for Enterprise Software systems'' (published in June 2010 by Taylor and Francis, CRC press). He has published papers at international conferences and written articles for JDJ and IBM DeveloperWorks. He also has a patent filed in his name with US PTO and India PTO for an invention made.
